This proposed resort is located in Karnataka. It is developed in consultation with IIT cube. The resort has 7 villas on the campus. It has 4 villas with 3 BHK and 3 villas with 5 BHK. It is made as an extended stay for all the tourists. The resort has luxurious amenities such as swimming pool, library, spa and game zone. The resort has biophilic landscape which is interwoven in spatial architecture spaces. It uses natural elements with sustainable architecture concepts.
